For guests that want to explore the highlands in one of our luxury super jeeps the two day highland tour is the perfect option. We will cross unbridged glacial rivers and mountains to gain access to hidden gems and get away from the mass tourism.

Day 1 – Thorsmork Nature Valley Tour

The Thorsmork glacier valley is perfect for 4×4 driving and hiking. Rough roads and unbridged glacial rivers leave most of the traffic behind us and make it a perfect trip for our modified vehicles. The first official stop is at Gigjokull outlet glacier that extends from Eyjafjallajokull glacier. The whole area is formed by glacial rivers, canyons and valleys that hide secret waterfalls and caves. A stroll or a hike at your difficulty level in the area to enjoy the stunning views is a must. There are two canyons we can easily explore, Stakkholtsgja and Nauthusagil if you are up for some light action. Our last stop is the beautiful waterfall Seljalandsfoss where you can walk behind the veil of water plunging from the 60 meters high cliffs.

Day 2 – Landmannalaugar Highlands

On this beautiful highland route you will experience an enormous variety of natural beauty. Lava fields, volcanos and vast mountain ranges. The area of Landmannalaugar is famous for its colourful rhyolite mountains in yellow, orange, green and even purple that have attracted travellers for centuries. In Landmannalaugar you can dip into the famous natural hot spring pool but keep in mind that are no facilities so bring your biggest towel. Ljotipollur Crater Lake and Infamous Hekla Volcano are also some of the things you will see during your 4×4 day through these stunning highlands.
